We deliver all our products prepared and carefully packaged using eco-sustainable packaging made from our used coffee grains typically within 24 hours of a paid up order.
In some cases, because of the nature of some of our products, because they are delicate and or fresh, we can only deliver locally. Each product is clearly marked either EU, Belgium or Brussels region.
- Brussels: we can deliver only within the Brussels Capital region. There is an option on a few neighbouring zones
- On some neighbouring zones outside Brussels, an option for personalised home delivery is offered. Price is € 7,26 (VAT incl.)
- Belgium: includes Brussels and the rest of Belgium
- Europe: includes Brussels, the rest of Belgium and most regions within the rest of the EU
Sometimes, it might be possible for you to choose a mix of items where one or two of them cannot be delivered to the shipping address given. In this case you'll have the option to review your order, opt to collect the order in person or cancel the order all together. If you proceed without changing anything, we will adjust your order and refund the balance to you automatically. Please check the delivery destination shown before you add it to your shopping.
We don't deliver outside the EU
Orders for deliveries outside Brussels can take longer and are dependent on the postal and or delivery services we use. We happily manage deliveries to all regions in Benelux, but the further away from Brussels, the longer the delay; up to a maximum of 48 hours. Deliveries to the rest of the EU can take longer, up to 72+ hours. We always carefully package orders using the most robust and hygienic methods and systems.
Brussels Capital Region - up to 24 hours
Rest of Belgium - from 24 - 36 hours
Benelux - from 24 - 48 hours
Rest of EU - from 36 - 72+ hours
Please note: The maximum weight per order is 30 kg. If you require more than this, we ask you kindly to complete each order that reaches the max of 30 kg and to make a new separate order if this is to be exceeded.
