Shipping fees

 Shipping and dispatch prices depend on the destination address. 

Shipping is split into three regions. Brussels Capital Region & some bordering areas, BENELUX and the EU. However, not all items can be delivered outside the Brussels Capital Region and some bordering areas. Mixing such items may result in two shopping carts resulting in two separate orders to complete. All items can be delivered inside the Brussels Capital region and to some bordering areas. Delivery limitations are clearly marked on all items.

All shipping prices displayed on checkout include 21% VAT 

• Brussels Capital: (and some bordering areas). Shipping by BPOST. Prices start at 6,49 € (5,36 EUR excl. VAT). (Free delivery is only applicable to Brussels Capital region and some bordering areas when your total order exceeds 150,00€)
  • Max weight per order is 30 kg. You have to complete the order first and then make (a) separate order(s) when the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg otherwise we provide an option on delivery ourselves.
  • Orders exceeding 30 kg are excluded from free delivery offers and subject to a custom delivery option fee of 24,20 €.
  • Pick up is always possible
• BENELUX: Shipping by BPOST or DPD. Prices start at 6,49 € (5,36 € excl. VAT) for BE and 9,52 €(7,87 € excl. VAT) for LU and NL. 
  • Max weight per order is 30 kg. You have to complete the order first and then make (a) separate order(s) when the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg.
  • Belgium only: Orders exceeding 30 kg subject to a custom delivery option fee of 30,25 €
  • Pick up is always possible
• Rest of EU: Shipping by DPD. Prices start at 10,50 €. Max weight per order is 20kg. Orders exceeding 20kg need to be separated. Please make a new order.

 Some items cannot be delivered to the destinations below. Sometimes, it might be possible for you to choose a mix of items where one or two of them cannot be delivered to the shipping address given. In this case you'll have the option to review your order, opt to collect the order in person or cancel the order all together. If you proceed without changing anything, we will adjust your order and refund the balance to you automatically. Please check the delivery destination indicated before you add to your shopping.
