Reservation request form for large groups and pre-bookings

Date and time
Please choose the date and then choose a time. From 11h00 to 15h30 Tuesday to Sunday for the day time service and 19h00 to 21h00 Thursday to Saturday for our evening dinner service.
You can put specific requests here, such as letting us know dietary requirements, seating arrangements, Mobility issues (PMR), event information (Anniversaries, office lunch etc.), whether or not you want a buffet (minimum 15 persons for buffet options).
